Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial with full access to all breathing protocols and unlimited sessions. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then to avoid being billed.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the store you subscribed with and can be managed at any time. On iOS: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select Tiiides. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions and select Tiiides. From there you can change plans or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?

On the subscription screen in the app, tap "restore purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If your access doesn't restore, email us and we'll help.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Account, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or your Google Play subscriptions (Android).

Is contrast therapy safe for me?

Tiiides is a wellness and timing tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Hot and cold exposure carries inherent risks. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new practice, especially if you have a cardiovascular or other pre-existing condition.

The app isn't working as expected.

Try closing and reopening the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, email support@tiiides.com with your device model and OS version and we'll look into it.
